As a husband-and-wife real estate team, we bring over 20 years of combined experience in real estate sales, marketing, and finance. Together, we founded Akkadian Group, a real estate services company, in 2008. Over the years, we have established a network of buyers and sellers of modest to the most luxurious properties, throughout California’s Bay Area. Background

Ramil has lived in California’s Bay Area for over 25 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from St. Mary’s College of California. For years, Ramil held management positions at high tech companies. In 2002, he made a career shift to something he has always been passionate about: real estate & mortgage lending. Suha made California’s Bay Area her home in 2006 where shortly thereafter she became a real estate agent. In 2008, she joined forces with Ramil & together they founded Akkadian Group. She graduated from Notre Dame de Namur University with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing.

Outside of work, Ramil & Suha enjoy spending time with their daughter and their dog, as well as volunteering to benefit the community. St. Jude Children’s Hospital is one charity that is near & dear to their hearts.
