I am a professional Realtor® with over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. My background in management, IT support, and real estate appraisal make me uniquely qualified to help my clients with their real estate needs. As an appraiser, I have superior knowledge in property market valuation which gives my sellers a competitive advantage in knowing what their property is truly worth. My appraisal expertise also helps my buyers understand market values to avoid overpaying for a property.

My relationship with my clients is based on honesty, trust, and support. As a Realtor®, I always strive to exceed my clients’ expectations putting their best interest first. I am punctual and prompt in responding to my clients, and I am fluent in English, Assyrian, and Farsi.

I truly enjoy working in the real estate field. One of my biggest accomplishments is mentoring five appraiser trainees who successfully went on to earn their registered appraiser licenses.
